LECMgt 2025 Update
Here is a brief update on LECMgt. The past six months, we have been in recovery mode. We had finally escaped the COVID pandemic, and then in 2024, we suffered some significant health issues. Roger was out recuperating for nearly seven months. We have been gradually recovering and getting back online. Despite this we hardly missed a beat and were able to complete all contracts on time and generate new interest in our wide array of services. Here is our latest update:

Emergency Management
LECMgt completed a THIRA (Threat Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) for the Interlochen Center for the Arts (ICA) in Interlochen, Michigan. ICA is an education and performance venue that includes a board school, summer school program and college of creative arts. The 1400-acre campus is in upstate Michigan. The purpose of the THIRA process is to identify risks, explore emergency capability gaps, and develop solutions to mitigate hazards. This was our second site visit to Interlochen.
Articles
Research and writing is an important part of LECMgt. We are always looking for topics that relate to our clients. By studying new topics, we expand our consulting toolbox.
