Barbara Mason, President and CEO
Barbara Mason is a former educator who holds a degree from The Masters College in Newhall, California. She has worked with local groups involved with ministries to women. A member of the U.S Woman’s Chamber of Commerce, she is committed to developing leadership and personal growth in women.
Roger Mason PhD, Vice President
Dr. Roger Mason is a highly sought after expert in the field of emergency response analysis and training. In addition to his nearly 30 years of law enforcement experience, he holds a Masters in Public Administration from California State University Northridge and a Ph.D. in Applied Management and Decision Sciences from Walden University.
Dr. Mason has served as a consultant for the Center for Naval Analysis in Alexandria, Virginia. He is a Chief Master Sergeant with Air National Guard and serves as one of three enlisted program managers at the National Guard Bureau. He recently returned from a deployment to the Persian Gulf including Iraq.
As the co-founder of LEC Management and a recognized authority on crisis management and critical incident response, Dr. Mason speaks to local government groups, universities, military and law enforcement organizations throughout the country, and his articles and theories have appeared in numerous publications worldwide.
